Sayed is the founder and chief executive of PPM.Int,
Bringing over 20 years of diverse experience in Engineering and construction management.
Sayed possesses extensive expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international construction contracts. He has been instrumental in numerous construction projects, encompassing both vertical and horizontal structures. His experience includes highways, bridges, railways, residential and commercial facilities, and military complexes, as well as contracts with the U.S. federal and state governments, the U.S. military, USAID, and the United Nations, both domestically and internationally.
He possesses extensive knowledge in construction planning, administration, scheduling, and quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA). Sayed has been extensively engaged in the end-to-end project lifecycle, overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion phases of various projects. He has led corporate and project teams across all project management disciplines, including construction quality management, quality assurance, planning and CPM scheduling, risk management, implementation and monitoring, and administration and document control.
Sayed holds a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering and is a Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
