Project Name: WMATA | Structure Inspection Department | Landover, MD
Our Roll: Our role was to provide comprehensive inspection, inventory, and management services for bridges and other existing structures
Description: This was an operation program of inspection, inventory, and management services for bridges and other existing structures as part of the Structure Inspection Department for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA).
Project name: DDOT | South Capitol Street Corridor Project | Washington, DC
Our Role: Provided CPM scheduling and project document control services in collaboration with HNTB (CMPM contractor)
Description: South Capitol Street Corridor Project, the largest undertaking by the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) to date. This design-build initiative involved replacing the aging Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge with a striking three-arch structure, as well as reconstructing and upgrading I-295 and the Suitland Parkway/I-295 Interchange. Value: $450 Million
Project Name: Hospital Security Upgrades Ministry Administration Building | US Army Corps Of Engineer AED |
Our Role: Project Management and Project Control Services
Introduction:
Introduction: In collaboration with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Client) and TI (DB Contractor), we managed the construction of site improvements and facilities for the Afghan Ministry of Interior’s regional administration building in Kandahar Province. This facility accommodates a workforce of approximately 300 officers, troops, and other staff.
Project Name: | Border Police Headquarters| US Army Corps Of Engineer AED
Our Role: Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) and Project Control Management
Introduction: Our team collaborated with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers AED, and Technologies, Inc. (DB Contractor) to construct a border police station along the Pakistan border in Gardez, Paktia Province. This project was completed, spanned three years and had a budget of $15.5 million.

Our Role: Project Control and Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Management
Introduction: In collaboration with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Client) and Technologists Inc (DB Contractor), we successfully managed the construction of internal security and force-protection improvements for the Afghan National Army military hospital in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Project Name: Afghan Women’s Center | Friends of the American University of Afghanistan, a U.S.-based nonprofit corporation |
Our Role: Project Management, Planning, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA)
Introduction: We contributed in building the International Center for Afghan Women’s Economic Development on the new campus of the American University of Afghanistan (AUAF) in Kabul. This $3.75 million project was commissioned by the Friends of the American University of Afghanistan, a U.S.-based nonprofit corporation, and executed in collaboration with Technologies, Inc. (Design-Build Contractor)
Project Name: Kunduz–Khulm National Highway | Kunduz German Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT)
Our Role: Project Planning, Monitoring, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Management
Introduction: The Kunduz–Khulm National Highway project, spanning Phases I and II, involved the construction and renovation of a 59 km stretch of highway. With a budget of $40 million, this project was funded by the Kunduz German Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT).
Project Name: Guard Force Roadways and Helipad | US Army Corps Of Engineer AED
Our Role: Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Management and Site Inspection
Introduction: This project involved the construction of asphalt roads, concrete sidewalks, aggregate parking areas, a parade ground, and a large helipad at the Guard Force Training Facility and Barracks, adjacent to the Pol-e-Charkhi Prison near Kabul, Afghanistan. The project was executed in collaboration with the U.S. ArmyCorps of Engineers (Client) and Ti. (DB Contractor).
